RedLine13 Support

By: RedLine13

People know that RedLine13 will save them money compared to other load testing platforms. It’s easy to think that if it costs so little, can RedLine13 support be any good? Because when you need support, you want to get good answers.

We heard such positive news from RedLine13 customers at the RedLine13 Customer Advisory Board call who raved about the support they’ve received. So we thought we should let everyone know with a couple of examples from RedLine13 customers.

Knowledge Base

Whether you’ve got questions about getting started, working with AWS or something else, check out the RedLine13 Knowledge Base. And if you’ve got a JMeter question, we’ve got a lot of answers, and a good chance there is an answer for you.

The University of California recently became a RedLine13 customer and they talked about their satisfaction with the quality of the documentation. Anu Manerikar, from the test and automation team, specifically liked the step by step instructions, such as when integrating with AWS, referred to above. You can read more about the University of California and their move from LoadRunner to RedLine13 on a blog post and hear Anu on the RedLine13 YouTube Channel.

Technical Support

There will be times when you need someone to take a look at your question or problem whether you’re evaluating RedLine13 or have been using RedLine13 for years.

Simply email us at support@RedLine13.com.

RedLine13 customer Merck Animal Health Intelligence was experiencing some trouble running their load tests and asked RedLine13 support for some help. RedLine13 Support realized that their tests were ok but that they needed some things to run before their tests. The answer was to use JMeter Dev, a custom dev plugin which runs before the JMeter test starts. It is a bash script and can run before the test runs https://github.com/redline13/plugin-developer.
