A team account is included in a RedLine13 Premium Subscription and includes multiple RedLine13 Team Features.<\/p>\n

Sharing your test plan to all members of your team is automatic. Team management allows the sharing of tests and test data between a group of users.<\/p>\n

Team Feature Request from ACT\u00a0<\/h2>\n

Heath Meyer is the Lead Software Engineer of RedLine13 customer ACT<\/a>, the maker of the ACT college entrance exams. He asked us if it would be possible to see which team member executed a test. We liked the idea, so we updated the site so the team admin can see the user under the Details panel.<\/p>\n

I asked Heath why ACT wanted this feature. He said that ACT has many scrum teams running tests at any given time, so it\u2019s helpful to be able to see who has executed the tests to have a better understanding of which teams are most active and also specifically who within those teams are running the jobs. It also helps to tie some accountability back to each job.<\/p>\n\n\n

Another great thing about RedLine13 is the pricing model. ACT now has the flexibility to be able to run small and large scale volume tests and only pay for the tests we have executed. Some other pricing models require a substantial up front cost that is paid whether or not you use the cycles you\u2019ve purchased. Think of it like a cell phone plan, prepaid versus contract. Depending on the needs and performance demands of your business there can be so many advantages to the prepaid models inherent flexibility.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
