\u00a0Previously in the RedLine13 we had two issues when the instance never connects<\/p>\n<h3>Previous Issues<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The instance loses knowledge of its shutdown information\n<ul>\n<li>You would have to manually\u00a0terminate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0RedLine13 UI just sits with the &#8220;Waiting&#8221; screen<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redline13.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/waiting.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1061\" src=\"https:\/\/www.redline13.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/waiting.png\" alt=\"waiting\" width=\"363\" height=\"205\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Resolution for issues<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Instances that can not communicate back to redline13\u00a0are given about 10 minutes to connect. \u00a0They will self shutdown at that point.<\/li>\n<li>The UI realizes that we have not heard from the instance and gives you link to docs for updating security group information.\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redline13.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Screen-Shot-2015-10-08-at-5.10.51-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1067\"
